Welcome to Maison Padel! We’re Abi and Mel, two longtime friends who never expected to fall in love with a sport—until padel changed everything.
With backgrounds in PR, marketing (Mel) and nursery school teaching (Abi), we both took a break from our careers to focus on raising our families. But as our kids grew into young adults, we found ourselves wondering what’s next?
That answer came in the form of a padel racket. Neither of us had ever been sporty, but from the very first game, we were hooked. Padel got us moving, lifted our spirits, and gave us a new sense of purpose. It introduced us to an incredible community, brought new friendships into our lives, and became our ultimate feel-good escape.
As fashion-obsessed women, we loved dressing up off the court, but when it came to padel, we couldn’t find anything that truly reflected our style—fun, functional, and age-appropriate. The activewear we saw was either dull and uninspiring or designed for a younger crowd.
The frustration sparked an idea, and on January 22, 2025, Maison Padel was born.
Our mission is simple: to create stylish, high-quality padel wear that makes women feel confident, comfortable, and fabulous—both on and off the court. Because life after 40 isn’t about slowing down; it’s about discovering new passions, building connections, and feeling amazing while doing it.
